FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
You have a right to ask for information regarding your treatment. Requests should be made in writing and we will respond within 21 days.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES OF PATIENTS
The practice makes every effort to provide access and a quality service at all times. Patients need to be partners in care. If you are unable to keep an appointment please let the practice know, this improves access for other patients.

COMMENT, COMPLIMENTS & COMPLAINTS
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please speak to the practice manager or request a copy of the complaint procedure.

THE NHS ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We fully support the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy to safeguard staff and patient welfare.Our Team shall always show due respect and courtesy when dealing with patients which we request patients do the same.

Any incidents of aggression, either verbal or physical in nature, will not be tolerated and will be dealt with extremely seriously. This may result in patient removal from the surgery list, and being reported to the Police.
