Appointments 7 days a week…

Healthier RadcliffeGP practices in Radcliffe have joined forces to offer their patients access to bookable appointments 7 days a week!

Patients registered with: Mile Lane Health Centre; Monarch Medical Centre; Radcliffe Medical Practice; Redbank Group Pactice; Spring Lane Medical Centre or the RLC Surgery can access appointments until 6.30pm to 8pm on weekday evenings, and from 8am until 6pm during the weekend and bank holidays.

So, whether you need to see a GP without taking time off work, or you need an urgent appointment due to a long term health condition, this pilot scheme aims to provide flexible appointments to meet your needs. It also aims to reduce the number of unnecessary visits to Accident and Emergency.

How can I book an appointment?

Simply call your GP practice number in the usual way.


Where will I be seen in the evening or at the weekend?

Radcliffe Primary Care Centre, Church Street, Radcliffe.


WIll I see my own GP?

The six GP practices listed  will be working together to provide these additional appointments, so you may see your usual GP or Nurse, but you will see a member of staff that regularly works in one of the practices involved in this pilot scheme.


If I don’t see my usual GP, will they have access to my notes?

Yes, through a secure shared care record, Doctors and Nurses caring for you will have secure access to information to assist them in your care. Only health care professionals directly involved in your care will be able to access your information in this way.


What if I need to see a GP urgently out of hours?

If you ring your GP practice in the usual way, you will be given information on what to do.
