Our Surgery

We welcome patients from the Radcliffe, Bury and Whitefield areas.

Based at 15-17 Spring Lane, Radcliffe, our clean and comfortable surgery was extensively refurbished in 2010 improving all our facilities for staff, patients and disabled access.

The surgery is easily accessed by car, with free parking at the rear of the surgery, and is close to several bus stops and Radcliffe tram station. Disabled access is via the rear of the building with access ramp and one touch door opening. We also have and internal disabled lift allowing access to all areas of the surgery.

The Surgery is covered by hearing loops for patients who have hearing problems, and patient toilets are fully equipped for patients with disabilities. If you have any special needs please talk to a member of staff.

Our light and clean surgery offers our patients excellent facilities and also accommodates the Community Health Care Team (District Nurses and Child & Family Team) and Community Midwife.

The practice is fully computerised throughout using the Vision clinical computer system. We also have scanning facilities which will allow us to become “paper-lite”. This means that all incoming clinical correspondence is scanned, coded and linked to the patient’s medical records.

We support the medical education and training of undergraduate students with regular student placements. The receptionist will advise you when a student is present and if you wish to have them present or not during your consultation.

Our patients are key to our practice and are keen for feedback from patient questionnaires which aids our regular review of the surgery working practices.
